A member of our business office will be available to address your concerns and answer your questions about insurance coverage and your financial responsibilities to the center. You will receive separate bills from Miracle Hills Surgery Center, anesthesia, laboratory/pathology and your surgeon.
INSURANCE: As a courtesy to you, our patient, we will file a claim with your insurance carrier. However, your insurance coverage is an agreement between you and your insurer. It is your responsibility to remit payment for charges not covered by your insurance. If a problem occurs with your claim, you may be asked to assist in the resolution with your insurance carrier. If your insurance plan requires you to pay a predetermined co-payment amount, that amount is due at the time of admission.
You will receive an estimate based on the information from your insurance and the procedure scheduled prior to your procedure. That amount will be due at the date of service. If you have questions or concerns regarding the payment, please ask for our business department at 402-884-2450.
